A very easy run with dynamic stretching. More of a stretching session with some running really.
In the afternoon I went for an initial consult about the sore ball of my foot with a podiatrist, who says I have a collapsed 4th metatarsal so the ball of that toe sits lower than the others and cops the brunt of every step and so doesn't like doing a lot of km's.
