Running 1:05:00 [3]

Nearly bailled after rubbish nights sleep and Beth leaving at 6am for her 4hr ride but knew i'd regret it by the end of the day. CHecked out some of Duffy then ran along bottom of Narrabundah hill (weird place for it really) and around Stromlo a bit. Also found a wicked shortcut from our place to Stromlo. giddy up :)

Bilbys. Decided to see how long it took to get over to Dicko to see if I'll still be doing many of these. Meant an earlier get up that usual but ended up only being bit less that 35mins although I slowed down once I knew I was gonna be 10mins early! Not too bad really and nice to have a longer warm up although carrying a bag was a bit sh!t. I think driving to work and riding from there might be the go in future.

Pretty cruisey today. A lot of ppl been sick or raced on the weekend and I was on the old Cervelo as me other bikes are at the parentals. Bit of a blast from the past trying to ride fast on that!

great getting a solid ride in mid week. Back and legs seem to be recovering from weekend OK
