My right knee has been sore the last few days.

Morning yoga after walking up one of the bluffs. Right knee is sharp sore since yesterday. I'm not allowed to complain though because I didn't stretch after the sprint.

Just made it out to the last of the Sprint Adelaide races at Mt Barker, quite fun especially the super short first control.
