OO Cup day 2.
With a very heavily taped ankle I started with the goal of running carefully and focusing on navigation.
Started out running very slow/careful and was a bit distracted, making a mistake on #3 similar to yesterday - losing contact towards the end of the leg and not correcting.
After that my running got a bit more confident (could run hard up hills but had to be careful going down) and was really happy to be planning legs a bit better and taking smart faster routes on the longer legs instead of bush bashing like I normally would! One more careless approach error on 12 (poor relocation this time, losing 2mins!) and a bit sloppy at the end, but overall happier with my orienteering today.
