OO Cup day 1.
Came to OO cup to get some race practice before WOC. Went out aiming to race as well as I could today.
Made three annoying mistakes (30-90secs) all because of losing contact towards the end of the leg and not stopping to get certain again. Was also quite reactive rather than always anticipating. But generally not too bad.
Did my ankle badly charging down a track to the second last control - it felt really bad at the time and I had to sit for a while, have a cry, hobble along a bit and then after about 5mins I could jog again.
9.5mins behind Michaela O. About 4mins from injury, 3-4 from the three errors. Overall not super happy with the careless errors, although I did manage to relocate/recover fast.
