Pushed pretty hard the whole way but legs weren't feeling amazing (maybe because I was pushing?). Not used to having to jostle/pass people at the start.
Parkville had the advantage of 2 bonus sightings of our awesome facilities manager at work who supplied us with boxes to construct Santa's (award-winning) Gingerbread Workshop around our desks (and is just generally awesome).
16' warm up, then some short sprinty stuff. My legs don't seem to move as quickly as other people's. Thought it was going to be a super short session, but then we did a little bit more.
Tuesday Trivia Run Club (just me and Reuben again).
Same loop as last time, but a full 25 seconds faster (even though last time was just after Eureka)! Felt like I was running quite hard, but legs didn't have any more in them.
