Very short warm up then 4 x efforts up stromlo and a warm down. Everything feeling ok so I think I'll start some real training.

Rolled around cotter uriarra with Prosseri. Good to be back out on the roadie. Still have to stay seated which isn't my way of climbing but still better than sitting on the trainer!
