Rolled around stromlo for a bit then over to Hughes via oakey hill.

Cruised around trails ok Mt Taylor, Fadden and Wanniassa hills/ridges and Isaacs with Craney. Very tight hamstrings.

Not much time to squeeze in a run so did a short warm up, 20 min Monagetti intervals session on the grass at stromlo, and short warm down. Wrecked my hamstrings.
