Cruisy run with Tomas through Greenhills. Ran with a map and thy intention of running bits in the forest... but we stuck to the tracks.

ACT League at kowen east. Started out fairly hard and was running OK, but got pretty shafted by 10 which was in the wrong spot. The flag wasn't too far off really but it was down very low and I couldn't see it. Ran around for 1.5min before I spotted the si unit on the ground. Kinda lost momentum and motivation after that, then properly winded myself and grazed my shoulder with a stack on the way down to the last control (tripped on some blackberries).

QB3 sprint, at Coffs Campus. I started OK but got real dumb at 4 and started reading the map as though I was at 5, nothing made sense of course and I lost at least 1.5mins - annoying. Went OK after, except lost a bit on 15 and 20s or so at the 2nd last where it wasn't clear on the map where it was on the upper or lower level (we approached from the middle level) and the description didn't help. I guessed wrong. Who doesn't love sprint orienteering.
