Run in the rain with Tomas and Craney on Aranda Hill (picking up some barely visible night controls) and Black Mountain. Rolled my ankle once while avoiding aTawny Frogmouth (well it sounded like one) but it wasn't too bad.

At Bruce Ridge. Always fun to run there, and the course was enjoyable enough except for the leg on the GDE. Like everywhere else in the east it was pretty wet but not too cold. As has become the norm I took it easy on the ankle but tried to run hard when I could (mostly uphill).
