Orienteering out at Mulloon Creek. Boring area and boring course.

Ran OK, rolled ankle a few times, relatively minor but made me slow down a bit. Couple of small mistakes. Forgot how crap my Suunto Ambit is for orienteering - the pause button is perfectly positioned to get pressed by any and every bush and branch you run past. So my GPS track paused at 9 minutes.

Easy run. Ankle/leg very very weird, but OK after a warm up.

Warm up, Monagetti session, and warm down. Ankle feeling real weird, kind of sore up the outside of my leg even.
