Cruise around a muddy Stromlo. Went fairly solid up the climbs and quite easy on the descents. Warmed up with a half hour or so with Roy beforehand.

Easy 10min warm up then a Mona's interval session and 10min warm down. A bit stiff and sore.

Warm up for 10mins, about 20mins of hills and a short warm down. The GPS said 8.9km but that's clearly wrong - I think the last 3 runs have all been quite wrong but I don't know why...

Just a run, some on some rough trails and some on grass and some on bitumen. Don't think I actually ran as far as the GPS says.
