Still sick and trying to get healthy again so no training today. Went and watched the first stage of O-Ringen - hard not to run but since the ankle is limiting me to every second day (and with a rest day after day 2) it makes sense to run stages 2, 3 and 5 anyway...

Easy run on small tracks with Jimmy Oyster from his place up onto Kolsås. Feeling good, don't tell my physio i went longer than 30mins (it was pretty easy running, although rough so i was wearing an ankle brace)...

easy run with Jimmy Oyster from their place on Kolsås. I think the gps has overdone the distance here. Really nice run, and of course it was raining. The sun came out with the beers later but.

Cruisy run with Jimmy Oyster in some forest next to Billund, did a couple of laps of the walking track around the forest. First time running continuously for 30mins. Wore a brace which hurt but otherwise going good.
