had to get out, still not feeling 100% but needed some exercise. did 1min walk and 4min run around the grass track at stromlo. the ankle felt the best it has (either from work physio did last week or the new exercises which involve the kids on my back - as weights).

1.5min walk and 3.5min run in the dark on the grass track at stromlo. Sore but better than the last run.
