moved up to 2.5mins walk and 2.5mins run. still far from pain free but definitely the best the ankle has felt today. and even got the training effect up over 3 so i'm improving my fitness!
Easy ride with Cowie and Handsome Pete. Sour dough with jam and cream at Dobbos after was awesome. Been too long. Also had a vanilla slice, best decision I ever made.
