Ran with Roy on his mtb over to stromlo. Did some single track then stopped at the grass running track and ran with Roy around the 1km loop (in preparation for his school xc) in 5:07. He wanted to go again straight away so we did - second lap in 4:48! Pretty impressed. Then he got back on his bike and we cruised home to watch iFish.
