training with lazydave, Max, sebba and acejase on Stromlo west. Ran in the salomons but the foot was still a bit sore, maybe too much running this weekend. Terrible shoes for orienteering too, slippery and I rolled my ankle about 1700 times*. Good training but, thanks for horganizing lazydave.
* this may be an exaggeration, 11km with approx 1.5m strides means around 7000 steps, so 1700 ankle rolls would mean I ruled my ankle on 1 in 4 steps, which is ridiculous.
