1 mile warmup, strides, 2x 800m, 2x 600m, 1.3 mile cool down. I didn't feel great on these. Planned to do 400's at the end but I was falling off of my times for the other intervals, so I just went to the cool down. Splits: 3:04, 3:13, 2:21, 2:20.
