running intervals 30:00 [3] 6.43 km (4:40 / km) +140m 4:12 / km

3x8 mins with 2 minutes rest running through the valley.
10 AM

running 4:48 [5] 1.02 km (4:42 / km) +60m 3:38 / km

Ran k2 after an extra 30s rest. Was a bit soft on the top portion of climb so I'll have to come back and attempt to beat the strava record.

running intervals 20:00 [3] 4.57 km (4:23 / km) +20m 4:17 / km

The remaining 2 intervals after 2:50 or so rest (just to an even number on overall time). Likely more climb then this just strava doesn't like to read climb in the Dundas Valley. General downhill tread though for these last ones, plus the joy of the final interval being downhill on the rail trail.
