Did the first interval and got caught talking to an older guy walking around the driving park for 10 minutes

running intervals 27:34 [4] 6.5 km (4:14 / km)

Did 6x1000m with 1:30 rest ...there were a couple times I got distracted and ran further then I should have. I had intended on running 9 or 10 of them but my legs started to seize up after the ten minute rest and I decided 6 more was good. Plenty of time to build the interval sessions back up.
