Yet again astonished by the standard at the front (which I was nowhere near) of this tiny race which attracted maybe 200 people and I was about 30th.
Little bit of an ankle twist just before the top of the first descent which I could feel all the way round and made me a bit nervous, but after the first 3k or so gradually started to reign some of the fast-starters back again. 10k just too short for me really, but enjoyed it anyway and pushed hard; good training.
Nice Indian in Bakewell afterwards.
