Potluck Relay Medium leg - having not done all that much running recently I decided to keep it short for the relay, which meant I avoided a lot of the hills the long course had. 1 poor route choice but generally clean, team came in 3rd so happy enough.

NI Middle Distance, Croob. I enjoyed the control pick style of the course but would have liked a couple of longer legs thrown in there. Was oddly hesitant into 8 even though I was confident in my route. Other than that I was generally fine, occasionally saved by other runners as I was starting to head off route.

NI Sprint Champs - was trying to practice running hard and planning ahead. Problem was I was so busy planning my route to 9 and 10 that I ran past the alley for 8 and lost 40s :( Got held up by the traffic a lot too, you were either lucky or not with the road crossings and more often than not I was unlucky

Whoop whoop! Intervals!!! Only did half the session as I didn't want to push it but no pain whilst running but a little achy in the rests and once we'd finished. Session was 2 up to 4 mins in 15s intervals. Took the first one as part of my warm up then ran the next 4.5 then used the last couple as the warm down
