Easing back into the track! Session was 5 mins down to 1 in 30s intervals, I wasn’t properly warmed up so took the first 3 as a progressive warm up. Then on Jason’s suggestion I took the next 4 as 400 fast-ish then jog the rest of the rep. 400s in 92-3 which wasn’t too bad. Dropped out of the last 2 reps as I didn’t think I could keep my competitiveness in check and didn’t want to overdo it.....
