Fun training event in Lisburn, each control had a multiple choice question and the answer was at the control. I spent waaaaay too long trying to find a floodlight label (just being blind) and must have looked completely bonkers running round and round a tree trying to find a label. The thunder, lightening and pissing rain made it all the more entertaining. Managed 700/850 points which wasn't too bad, could have got a couple more if I hadn't already been late leaving for Pilates.

Barre. Forgotten how hard a double session is, esp with about 25 mins between them! Thankfully there wasn't too much arm work as I still had all the DOMS
