Completely grim attempt of BnB. Got lost on the second half and ended up on a wet field, ended up eating shit three times. My shoes are a shadow of what they were before the run, I reckon they've permanently lost grip.

Feel great now that it's over, so I suppose I recommend.

Compassless training courtesy of Peds, good plod all around. Four onger legs up the hill then short ones back down. Hills were a bit of a struggle and made some weird mistakes early on, but settled down and took it easy. Good bout of training.

Stayed with the second pack for the first two then spent most of the rest of the time by myself. Quite a windy sesh but beyond muscle fatigue on the last rep everything felt fine.
