Running (SR - Mosman Park) 47:32 [3] 7.18 km (6:37 / km) +135m 6:03 / km
ahr:163 max:179 shoes: ASICS GEL - Nimbus 17

This was a night run with Wil

Had said I wanted 6-7 and to take it reasonable and we did just a bit more than that and to be fair I probably had a bit more to give but was cruising.

Lovely night for it and beat the rain just which was great. The course was really nice a bit of everything, climb, bushland, parks, alleyways was actually a really enjoyable and challenging course. I think clearable at 4:30-5mins/km we missed 6 controls and was back 2 mins 30 late.

Legs feeling a bit tight - see if I ride tomorrow or not!

Road Bike (Commute to work) 26:51 [3] 7.4 km (16.5 kph) +99m
ahr:142 max:164 shoes: Giro Privateer

Took it nice and easy for first ride back in - certainly could feel the lack of bike/strength on the kings park hill.

Interesting question came into my mind:
When you are in dedicated bike lane - (putting aside self preservation) when does a bus entering a bus bay have right of way.

Reason I ask - I certainly could have gone past a bus on the left on a downhill but i suspected at some point it would duck into a stop - so I didnt try. but I could have easily gone past it on the left in the bike lane.... self preservation obviously dictates no. but had I been next to the bus when it needs to go into the bus stop who has right of way.

In my mind I am in a dedicated lane and if I am next to the bus I would have right of way even though it would be undertaking? rare scenario though that you can go faster than a bus and undertake it.

Road Bike (Commute to Home) 24:06 [3] 7.67 km (19.1 kph) +65m
ahr:143 max:160 shoes: Giro Privateer

Ride home - slightly different route with a work colleague.

Nothing really to report - pretty lacklustre effort.
