So didnt run last night and probably won't for a few session to see if I can get the calf right just doing the physio activities - no point in continuing to redo it each week.

Long ride this morning it started off quicker than expected so decided to go further but then I turned into the wind and things slowed down - hoped for a fast final leg to bring my average back to 25/hr but didn't happen oh well.

Was nice all the same... haven't done 50km on the bike for a while, feeling pretty good considering.

Though easier than last week - still quite punishing... short walk after to get some steps up and cool down - however, the other calf was feeling like it was about to ping not exactly sure why. So called it short before it did... #fallingapart!
