Note

went to a lot of the SR samson line course points today - might go back and give that a try some day - was a nice area for it.

Score course with William

Was glad to get out as the 5pm starts I cant do - 415 was pushing it even more so because I started at 430 - but home just on 6 so not too late to pickup the nightly routine

First time I have seen William nervous about a dog (timber) - to be fair the dog is bigger than any other dog his ever met. I also knew after he saw the park at the start that he would loose his marbles whichever direction I started - so I ripped the bandaid off and went north away from everyone to his wails for the first few minutes. After which he was quite happy to chug along giving directions and chatting to himself.

Loved the setting - lots of close calls and hand i not had the pram I would have taken different routes. TBF anything up hill or into the wind is a damn side harder with it - and no having the wind behind you isnt that beneficial with the pram vs it being a head wind as the damn thing is a scoop shape.

Anyway plodded around reasonable pace. only had to leave William away from control a few times and only ever 10m or so which was good - dont particularly like doing it.

Could have gone harder but wanted to have some legs left. As it was had to finish hard and the pram in the sandy bush paths was er... fun....

Had to leave pretty promptly but enjoyed the format - 1 hr was long but doable. Felt like a good session though so happy with result - do need to get out and do some SR app testing... see how legs go!
