Metro league fred caterson Ok 1-5, then lost 4 mins or so on 6. the track that the mound was next to looked like a cliff on the map, so was looking above every cliff in the area... my fault. the rest small errors all over the place. Pretty stuffed by the end with breaks walking flat road on the last 3 controls... i think i should try and actively jog the first half of races over 20mins.
