No JK for me sadly. Foot the best it has been so far. Have been running 3/4/5 times a week for the past month and feeling a bit of fitness returning. Physio has given me a very basic training plan for the next month trying to bring me up to 40 miles/week so will see how that manages. Will try and stick there for a while and should be able to get on the new Alt-G treadmill in the gym. not quite given up hope for my foot yet ;)
