Trying a slow back to running program with some input from Kim, then I need to decide what I am training for. Will definitely try and run all the cross countries over the winter but might focus on the faster stuff for some track racing and sprint orienteering next spring. We'll see, the only reason I am even saying this is that I am seriously bored of revision. Sub 1:55 and 3:55 by next summer, that seem a bit hopeful? ;)
