First trot in a while. Recent hill hiking seems to have helped my uphill 'trotting' as I was able to motivate all the way up the gasline hill without walking (tho' at same speed as a walk). Hip muscle VERY sore afterwards and next day.

New PT reduced my shoulder exercises to just three. Others were 'too advanced'.
