Did half the time on plank, wall sit, tricep dips, leg raises, incline press up and burpees.
Then the other half was shuttling with Craig telling us what to do, like press ups, squats, bear walk, lunges etc..
It was tough, would have pushed Craigs side harder if I wasn't competing at the weekend.
Also Craigs rota has been changed so there may be no more circuits after next week. What will I do on thurs night now?
