Really quite pleased with this. Not my original plan, but the day was beautiful, everyone was disappearing early for the Army Ball, and the road was calling. I added some distance by going out by the skeet range, and decided I was feeling good enough to come back the same way. I was sore going out, but by 10 miles in felt good enough to pick up the effort. Coming back was hard, not used to this kind of saddle time any more. Beautiful, beautiful day. Amazing view of the mountain!

Migraine visual symptoms the entire time, but mild enough that i could pretend they weren't there. They hit with a vengeance during my post-workout stretching. Finally gave in and took something for it, probably not soon enough. I can feel the headache building, and reading a computer screen is going to be difficult.

Good workout. It's coming back. Slowly.
