Was riding the struggle bus today for sure... super humid out today made me feel like garbage the whole run.
Also had to stop and stretch many times because the DOMS from Wednesday are real... that's what 2.5 months of no strength will do to ya!

No relay for me today :(
The arch of my foot is pretty swollen around my wound and it's all cramped up. And after walking funny on it, my calf is all cramped up too, making my shin hurt just a little.
Sigh. Better not to take any chances before XC.

On that note, I'll be taking a few weeks of down time before starting into XC training around mid August!
