15mins continual hills. It was rainy af. My GPS also got a little confused out there....

I had some more acu done yesterday and my leg was a little tender at the start of the warmup and then was ok. During the uphills it was a stiff but fine.
Got quite sore by the end of the cool down... probably shouldn't have done so much today...
