Western Invite!

Course was quite nice with some decent climb in the first 3k and then rolling hills the rest of the way. Went out probably too hard because my legs were feelings pretty heavy by 4K. The last km to the finish line felt like forEVER. Happy with getting my time down from last week on a harder course but still looking to improve. Also, pretty sure the clock said 24:40 when I crossed the line, but official results said :45. Weird.

First time in these spikes all season= killer blisters on my heels at 2k. Rip.

Had to go uphills backwards so my shoes didn't slide onto my blisters! Ouchie. Thank goodness our trainers had second skin bandaids!
