Two AMRAP workouts, one lower body and one upper body. Both Included running and burpees E2MOM. Push-ups. Lots of push-ups ...

... I just went so I can start using these fancy words on my log... jk. If I feel good tomorrow I might just go again !

Jogeroo around the park to see how my foot felt. Feels good in my neutral shoes w/o orthotics. Swelling is gone but still bruised.
