15 min relocation warm up with Izzy where one person leads and then switches off to the next person.

30mins of compass work, visualizing the features in the circle and along the way. The way out to the control was compass only and the way back was precision map reading. During the rest we tried to match up as much as we could on the map to the terrain.

Cool down back to the car with Julia and Izzy doing the same as the warm up but with 15s of all out terrain running/wipeouts every 2mins

2x ~1.7km loops roughly at speed. First one was okay except being pushed around by some vegetation. The second was pretty bad since I went from 1-3 by accident (totally nailed it btw), because I had a similar leg on the first loop so I got pulled towards that. Went to 2, and had trouble coming back to 3. Also got turned around on 4... that last 2 were great and much speedier.
