Off-road running 1:14:38 [3] 5.4 mi (13:49 / mi)

Laurence was off sick and I felt dire so worked from home. Headed out for a bit when Rona and Lucy got home to make the most of the fading daylight. Top of Arthurs Seat, then down taking in the top of the crags to the road just beyond Haggis Knowe then all the way to the top from the road. I am trying to work out the best line. I did the dasses which was ok but I think the dry dam is quicker. Less of those shite slippy steps. From the top I went down to the Duddingston village carpark to come back up to crow hill. Back down the tourist steps in o-roc in the fading light, which was probably the most dangerous bit of the whole run. Those steps are so treacherous and irritating - must remember to avoid them.

A fun run - what shite mileage though.
