Easy comfy race for confidence - cruised around at 3:30-3:40 for most of the race Gaz Gregory tried to increase the tempo at 7km but I got to the front and slowed it down again - was t feeling like running that fast that early on

Wound it up towards the end and was maybe at 3’ per km towards the end

Finished v.fast and I haven’t felt the leg speed or leg turnover like I did at the end of the race since Christmas last year. Kicked hard at 500m to go and managed to get away from Jonny Tobin

Not sure how accurate the Garmin is - 250m splits showed I finished at 2:30min/km
