Session was T10 [6'] 3x(1km,300m,300m,300m) [1',3'] 1km @ 3km/5km pace 300m @ 15 pace wanted to target 2:50-2:45-2:40 for the km rerps and 45's for the 300's

Set1: 2:50 - 45.92 - 46.41 - 45.54
Set2: 2:50 - 45.72 - 46.01 - 45.25

A bit disappointed the km reps didn't get quicker and the last set was mentally v.hard but the splits showed I was capable of holding the pace which I didn't think I could do.
At least it's a good session done in the bag!!
