IFAM Oodergem - best racing atmosphere I have ever done, if only I was race fit

Not a very good race - awful on the water jump and legs were dead/tired in the 2km to 3km. Gave it everything I had. Started off at 8:45 pace (slightly faster) then just went backward's in the race. Lost around 80m in a couple of laps.... Had a good finish, Will Mycroft was with me on the second to last water jump and at 400m to go. Managed to put 5 seconds in him on the last 400m. Thought I might as well give myself the best chance at running fast, but I'm not fit enough for anything faster yet
