From Hawkshead to Tarn Hows to Black Crag, down off road in the fells - shock horror - the ankle was fine and I even had a feeling of 'why don't I do any fell running any more' I kind of missed it momentarily

Lower right back does not feel good when leading with right leg, sore. It's fine when normal running but it's bad when I do hurdles....
