-Interval training on the running machine, 1 minuite at 4.60 min/km then 1 minuite at 3.06 min/km, - 12 minuites
-5000m of rowing took 21.59 minuets
-rest of the time worked on upper body and lowerback.

Wanted to do about 10 miles but my seat fell off because a bolt snapped 20 minuets in and I could'nt really ride with out a seat.

Gym Session 2:00:00 [4]

-Did interval training on the running machine for 12 minuets
-Did 5000m on the rowing machine - took about 20minuets
-Rest of the time worked on upper body strength on the weights machines.

Really enjoyed it.

Ran with Tom F. Ran up Buxton Rd to Christmas Tree wood where I met Tom. Ran up to Teggs Nose, down the cobbles, back up to the top, then back down again, into Langley, Hollins, canal, secret steps back over the hill, to cliff lane up to top then back home acrocc the fields.
When I left tom the clouds went black and got absaloutally soaked fell over by a stile!!

Just a fastish run before hill reps,
-from Rainow up Kerridge to White Nacey and back again.

Running hills (Hill Reps) 28:10 [5] 1.75 km (16:06 / km) +250m 9:23 / km

Did hill reps on the north side of White Nacey.

Did: 175m hill reps with 50m of climb - x5

Had about 3 - 4 mins rest between each rep.

-from my house (Rainow) up Calrofold Lane the up Cliff Lane over Buxton New Road picked up Gritstone Trail towards Teggs Nose
-Past Windyways and then around the top of Teggs Nose dropped down other side to Teggsnose Reservoir follow taril around
-then up to Walker Barn
-then over Buxton New Road down to Gulshaw Hollow past Horden Farm then towards Tower Hill
-followed Gritstone Trail to bottom of Kerridge Hill then along the bottom and home.

-down the other side then round right at the bottom onto the Gritstone Trail
-down to a farm the along Oakbank Lane
-then up to High Cliff then Clarke House then Jumper Lane then Four Lane Ends Farm
-down the road along FP to smith lane
-then up to Lamaload
-along road to Tower Hill
-along FP at bottom of Kerridge Hill
-then home
