All I can say is the 4 hours disturbed sleep, and the early morning shift, did nothing for my running today. If it weren't for the fact I had to get home, and I'd not brought any other means of getting home than my trainers, I'd prob have given up. Felt heavy, pained and exhausted, and it wasn't a matter of just slowing down to feel better, i just felt awful! I think certain female 'time' approaching contributed heavily to this. Still glad I ran home though.
