Monday - Yoga (Working Late)
Tuesday - Run home + Ballet/Swing L1.5 (Working Early)
Wednesday - 45 min run + 20 mins trampoline, concentrating on ankle strength, + Salsa? (Day off)
Thursday - Wish I had a swimming pool... Ballet? Yoga? (Day Off)
Friday - Run?
Saturday - Away
Sunday - Aim to have gentle run with a friend, though have a feeling that it won't happen. I'll aim to run without here if she can't get up after sat...

Ankle just needs strengthening up still. Not pushing it with running. I want to start intervals, but going to wait until 1. Have new trainers 2. Ankle 100% 3. Back from Lake District

Run on Wimbledon Common. Ankle rested, and felt good running. It is a bit sore again post run, but I expected that. Rotating ankle periodically to stop its stiffening up. Seems to be working. I wore my O shoes as has been raining a lot, gave me a lot more security running.

Ended up working 3 lates in a row. Just had no motivation what so ever to get up and do anything before work. I think that's not a bad thing as my ankle did need resting.

Couldnt be bothered to do more than 15mins. Wrong attitude, but not in the mood today. I need to learn more variations of moves.
