Biking (Mtn) 1:00:00 [3]

@ Lewis Morris on a gorgeous saturday. I'm getting used to the handling but my arm balance sucks, leg balance is good. I also need different shoes as riding in nike frees may not be such a good idea...

I tried out my ankle after biking and loosened up my knee joints. It didn't hurt while running on grass but was sore the next day.

Since I can't run yet I decided to take the bike out to Eagle Rock. Getting up the hill leading the park was difficult but not terrible. Once in the park I stayed on wide trails and was just trying to get used to riding. Quite a challenge it was and my arms got super sore, even though I thought I had some strength in them. Ankle held up well except that I am only comfortable getting on/off from that leg so it was slightly aggravated. Right knee sore afterwards, it doesn't like anything I do.
