Felt like I weighed 200 lbs today, must have been all the veggies I had for lunch.. After about 40 minutes I started feeling slightly better; I need to eat more carbs.

Orienteering 1:25:00 [3]

Joined the corridor-O exercise, organized by Ian, on Silvermine map. I messed up three times total, once in the beginning, second time with Alex when starting the second loop and third time at the end, at which point my head turned off. The blueberry bushes were quite annoying but not as bad as I remember them to be before I started training. Shoelaces must have untied a dozen or more times b/c of the bushes, prob. lost more than 5 minutes to tying them.. Good exercise.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Second O-exercise for me today, third for other guys and gals. Everybody was tired so we partnered up and did an easy short course with preselected routes. Alex and I were partners and she made me take all the longer/hillier/greener routes. I actually took splits for each leg, which I might input later.. Simplistic route choices were definitely the way to go. Fun times.
