Club run from leith club rooms. Went up north road up to bottom of organs then down the track which goes to cargill. Nice run had a lot of variation in pace but was nice to go for a group run.

Max session at the gym. Did normal start with row and the curls, triceps and chest on regular weight. Then did max chinups and dips. Managed 7 chinups on first go then did 2 sets on assist. Managed 10 dips on the first two sets but only could get 5 on last set. Then did superset with 25kg bar using the 17.5 for curls. Really tired now

Nice easy run with James Ali and Selena. Ran up to ross creek where selena stopped to do her training, then went up to the top with Ali and James. Ali decided to go down weir 2 while james and I went down the road, Ali stacked it and ran on ahead while me and James cruized back.

Exploratory run. Went up a weird way to Jonnie's then went up normal way to pineapple track. About halfway up some dog came sprinting down the track barking its head off and it scared the shit out of me. Brandished a stick and somehow stopped it from attacking till its owner came. Ran the rest of the way to the top with a little bit of adrenaline pumping and then carried on over to flagstaff. Continued along that track and down the entrance road and thankfully came out next to ponydale's course. Ran down Frasers gully then back up Stuart St and home. Was pretty cruizy pace the whole way but my calf's where quite sore (probs basketball yesterday)
